PRACTICAL HELP, AT EACH STAGE
Build on what you have.
01
Choose your relationship
Join the W-2 team remotely or in office, work as an independent agent, or connect your agency while keeping your brand.
02
Choose the support you need
Independent agents and agencies may keep their own tools and vendors. Optional services can cover technology, websites, automation, and advertising management.
03
Understand the arrangement
Discuss compensation, requirements, costs, and service scope before committing. Licensing and carrier approvals remain subject to the relevant review processes.
Product access is subject to licensing, carrier appointments, and applicable requirements. Optional technology, website, and advertising services carry separate fees. Lead purchases, ad spend, and licensing fees are not included. No earnings or lead volume are guaranteed.
YOUR NEXT STEPS
Start with a conversation.
01
Tell us your goals
Share your experience, license status, product interests, and the support you need.
02
Discuss the fit
We’ll review your inquiry and contact you by call, text, or email to discuss opportunities, costs, and requirements.
03
Agree on a plan
Confirm the relationship and any services before onboarding. Carrier contracting and appointments follow their own review process.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
A few things to know.
What products can we discuss?
Good Call supports conversations about Medicare, final expense, ACA Marketplace coverage, and private health insurance. Product and carrier access depend on applicable licensing, appointments, and requirements.
What is different about the employee path?
W-2 employees may work remotely or in office, receive company-provided leads at no cost, and are paid by Good Call. Specific openings, compensation, and work expectations are discussed during recruiting.
What is different about the independent path?
Independent agents and agencies purchase their own leads and receive carrier payments directly. They choose their lead vendors and may keep their existing technology. Agencies retain their brand.
Will signing up guarantee an appointment or income?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Carrier appointments and licensing require approval, and earnings depend on many factors. Service scope and relationship terms are agreed separately.
